You can pay by CASH (for local residence only) or PAYPAL.

Refunds in full
If we supply a non working unlock code, we will need to verify the IMEI and unlock code. If the code comes back the same, we will need a continuous VIDEO showing the IMEI of the phone and the unlock code not working and we will be glad to refund.

If you submit the wrong IMEI, a new purchase will be needed. Also no refunds on hardlocked phones or already unlocked phones. Once an order is submitted, an order can not be canceled.

Also some phones will require you to have a sim card (even same as the current locked phone at times).
