We don’t provide corrections for the following reasons and you will need to process a new order.

  • submit a wrong IMEI#
  • submit wrong Network name
  • submit wrong Model#
 There will be NO REFUNDS, if you found out that;

  • the phone was already unlocked
  • the  phone has zero tries left and it’s now hard locked.

To find out, if myphone is not already unlocked or I have tries left to unlock it. Go to Unlock Instruction link. Based on your phone model# use the instruction  till step 8  to see if anything is Enable/Active. if you see anything Enable/Active, this mean your phone is locked and requires an unlock code. Now, if your phone is locked,  try step 9 (MEP2 and MEP4) to find if there are tries left. If you see zero tries left then don’t order any code. We cannot reset your tries.

Information required to unlock your GSM Blackberry device is:

  1. Enter a valid e-mail address to receive your unlock code and instruction.
  2. Enter your blackberry IMEI# without dots. (dial *#06# on your blackberry phone)
  3. Select device CURRENT Country name  (for Rogers select Canada, AT&T select USA)
  4. Select device CURRENT Operator/Network name (Network name should be printed on your phone or when you start your phone you will see a network splash screen
  5. Select the correct model #. You can  find this information on your phone by going to Options > About.
  6. Click the PayPal Buy Now button to pay for the unlock code. As soon the payment is processed, you will receive your unlock code with instruction. Check the unlock code in your email inbox/spam folder.
